In this episode, we cover the basics of dermatology, what everyone should know for when a casual acquaintance that thinks they are closer to you than they really are, asks you, “hey, can you take a look at this rash on my …?” She dispels some myths about sunblock, tells us about what qualities to look for in a moisturizer. She then teaches us about all of the things that dermatologists spend their day doing aside from prescribing steroid creams and doing biopsies. Turns out, dermatology is more than skin… deep?
