How do we, as doctors, prescribe antibiotics responsibly? Dr. Mackenzie Keintz, an Infectious Disease Fellow with the University of Nebraska chats with Dr. Block about antibiotics, antibiotic stewardship, when to prescribe them, what does antibiotic resistance really means, and how to avoid it.

Dr Mackenzie Keintz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Medical Microbiology and Immunology and Biology. She attended medical school at St. George's University, and completed her residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
